Infinity accounts are available to Indian businesses, freelancers, agencies, exporters, and startup founders who need to receive international payments. You must have a valid GST registration and business documentation.
What is the cost of opening an Infinity account?
Opening an Infinity account is free. We charge a flat 0.5% transaction fee with zero FX markup and no hidden charges.
Are there any businesses or industries that Infinity does not support?
Infinity supports most legitimate business types. However, we do not support businesses involved in gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency trading, or other prohibited activities under RBI guidelines.
What documents are required to onboard Infinity?
You'll need your business registration documents, GST certificate, PAN card, bank account details, and KYC documents for authorized signatories.
Do I need to provide bank account details to onboard Infinity?
Yes, you need to provide your Indian bank account details where you want to receive settled funds in INR.
Can I change my bank account?
Yes, you can update your bank account details from your Infinity dashboard. Changes are reviewed for security purposes before taking effect.
How can I update my account details, business documents, or GST information?
You can update your account information directly from your Infinity dashboard or contact our support team at support@infinityapp.in for assistance.
Where can I get the account statement for my virtual accounts?
Account statements are available in your Infinity dashboard under the Statements section. You can download them in PDF or CSV format.
How can I close my Infinity account? Can it be reopened?
To close your account, contact our support team at support@infinityapp.in. Accounts can be reopened subject to verification and compliance checks.

How do I receive international payments?
Once your account is set up, you'll receive virtual account details for USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies. Share these details with your clients to receive payments directly.
How long does it take for funds to reach my INR account?
Funds are credited to your INR account within 1 business day of receiving the international payment.
What is FIRA and do I need it?
FIRA (Foreign Inward Remittance Advice) is a mandatory document for international payments under RBI regulations. Infinity provides free FIRA with every withdrawal automatically.
